How much do MagicBox tiny homes cost?
Our homes start from $18,000 USD for the MagicNest kit up to $40,000+ for the Magic-Nordic THOW. All prices are factory-direct excluding shipping. Shipping to the USA typically adds $2,000–$5,000 depending on your port. Contact us for a full landed cost quote.
Are your tiny homes road-legal in the USA?
Yes. All THOW models are built on DOT-approved trailers and certified to ANSI A119.5 — legal to tow in all 50 states and eligible for US financing through tiny home lenders.
How long does production and shipping take?
90–120 days factory production, then approximately 18–25 days ocean freight to US West Coast. Plan for 5–6 months total from order to move-in.
Do you handle customs and shipping paperwork?
Yes, completely. We manage ocean freight, export documentation, customs clearance and last-mile delivery coordination. You have one point of contact throughout.
Can these be used as ADUs in the USA?
Yes. The MagicPod and MagicNest kit are ideal for ADU placement under California AB 68 and similar laws in other states. We provide engineering stamps and PSF load reports. See our ADU guide.
