What we collect
When you enquire through our website
Depending on the form, your name, email address, phone number, country, company or business name, the type of enquiry, the products you are interested in, and anything you write in the message. If you apply to become a dealer, we also ask for your state or region, your type of business, your estimated annual volume, and your website or social media.
When you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram
Your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the questions in the form (for example your state, timeline, budget range, and whether you already own land). Some of these fields are pre-filled by Meta from your profile; you can edit them before submitting.
When you message us on WhatsApp
Your WhatsApp phone number, your display name, and the content of the conversation.
We do not take payments through our website, our forms, or our messaging channels.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a quote and product information
- To answer your questions about models, shipping, and delivery
- To follow up by email or WhatsApp about your enquiry
- To improve our product range and the answers we give buyers
Automated replies. Messages you send us on WhatsApp may receive an automated first response generated from our product knowledge base. A person reviews conversations and takes over whenever the question needs a human — for example anything about local zoning, permits, or building codes. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only for that purpose:
- Our website hosting provider — hosting this website and storing the enquiries you submit
- Meta Platforms — delivering ads and receiving the forms you submit on Facebook or Instagram
- Our WhatsApp Business provider — sending and receiving WhatsApp messages
- Our email delivery provider — sending you quotes and follow-up email
- Our AI processing provider — generating draft replies from our product knowledge base
- Google (YouTube) — playing the videos embedded on our pages
- Our shipping and customs agents — only once you place an order, to arrange delivery
Advertising audiences. We may upload a hashed version of your email address to Meta so we can show relevant ads to people like you, or stop showing ads to you if you have already bought from us. You can opt out at any time — see Your choices below.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
Where your data goes
Our company is registered in the United States and our factory is in Yantai, China. Our systems and service providers may process your information in the United States, China, and other countries. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask us to:

- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Receive a copy of it in a portable format
- Stop emailing or messaging you
- Remove you from our advertising audiences

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP.

Cookies
Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Some pages contain embedded YouTube videos; when those pages load, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies — see Google’s privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser; embedded videos may then not play.
Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
